Steve Hood has been in the Colorado Springs homebuilding business since 1991.
“I love home building. It’s challenging and rewarding on so many levels. It stretches and strengthens my ability and character year in and year out. I work with people from all walks of life, from laborers and helpers to CEO’s and surgeons. I get the opportunity to contribute something, sometimes small, sometimes large, to the day to day lives of all these people. It’s a dream job I never dreamed of.”

Linda Hood
Accounting & HR Manager
Accounting and Human Resource Manager
Linda has been married to Steve for over thirty years. They have three children and four grandchildren. After working twenty years in the healthcare field, Linda went to work with Steve as his Accounting and Human Resource Manager. The Hoods love living in Colorado and enjoy playing in the beautiful outdoors any time they can get outside.
BRAD AUSMUS
Architectural Designer
Brad Ausmus crafts the beautiful home designs for Alliance Builders.
He is a licensed homebuilder, and a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
His accomplishments include 2003 president of the Pikes Peak Housing and Building Association, He was voted Builder of the Year in 2004, and he is Past President of HBA Cares, a charitable nonprofit organization.
Brad has received over 60 awards for his excellence in homebuilding and design.
He is a licensed homebuilder, and a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

Jennifer Van Dyke
Interior Designer
Jennifer’s passion has always been in art, creating and interior design. She has honed her skills over the last two decades while working at top design firms and now at Alliance Builders. Drawing inspiration from her clients, Jennifer tailors personalized designs for each custom home Alliance builds. She loves working with all of our clients and their variety of design styles. Jennifer’s favorite thing is being able to collaborate with the Alliance team and our clients to create their dream home.
Linsey Kelly
New Home Coordinator
Linsey has over 9 years of new home sales, design, and construction experience here in Colorado Springs. With a passion for Architecture and interior design, and as a natural “people person”; new home sales is a natural fit. Linsey genuinely loves helping clients through the entire process and seeing their vision for their home become a reality. Her other loves are her husband and two sons, traveling and enjoying good food with friends and family.
Kelly Johnson
Estimator
Kelly was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado Springs and knows the area well. Kelly has been working in the home building industry since 2015. Kelly is responsible for new home estimating, plan processing, and permitting here at Alliance Builders. Kelly is always happy to assist with any pricing, plan, or construction questions or requests you may have.
Jared Baker
Project Manager
Jared has been working with Alliance Builders for eight years in multiple capacities. Jared’s current role as construction manager includes overseeing the estimating department and field coordination. “I truly enjoy my high paced role and the interaction with the clients and our amazing inhouse design team. It’s a privilege to work for such a good company that provides an excellent product, and I’m proud to be a part of the team.”
Christine Randle
Project Coordinator
Christine is one of the newest team members Alliance Builders. She joins us with recent experience in the Mortgage Industry and a Colorado Real Estate License. Christine spent many years in the Beauty Industry in Los Angeles and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2015 with her husband who was in the military – they fell in love with all this beautiful area has to offer. Home Design and Building has become a passion and Christine is excited to help clients and the team create the best experience possible.
Warren Hendricks
Field Operations Manager
Warren has been building homes in Colorado Springs for twenty-eight years. He is happy to oversee the entire build process of our custom homes. He maintains the highest level of management and oversight. He is efficient, detail oriented and personable. When he is not tracking project performance and delegating project tasks to get the job done, he is hiking 14ers in the Colorado mountains.
Jeremy Vandewege
Superintendent
Jeremy started his construction career working for a custom home builder in Summit County. After a decade with that builder, he and his wife decided to relocate to Colorado Springs in order to be closer to family and raise their 2 daughters. Over the next 16 years Jeremy has maintained several positions within the new home industry and now is an important part of the Alliance team.
Bryan Phair
Field Assistant
Bryan is a Colorado native who has advanced into an all-around trades guy. He is in the field every day to ensure safety and quality of work. He has many years in construction and assists on all of our building projects at Alliance Builders. When he is not out at the job site, you can find Bryan fishing and camping around the state of Colorado.
Gabe Moeller
Superintendent
Gabe grew up in Colorado Springs and is a third-generation home builder. He has been building high end custom homes in the Colorado Springs area since he finished college at the University of Nebraska. While overseeing the build projects from start to finish, he successfully collaborates with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are being met.
Alex Bettencourt
Field Assistant
Alex has over 15 years of construction experience; ranging from painting to construction management. When Alex is not helping build beautiful homes he enjoys time with his son, daughter, and wife. Alex and his wife are both Colorado Springs Natives, high school sweethearts in fact; now, they both enjoying giving back to the community they grew up in.

Ginger is Alliance Builders designated greeting personnel. She enjoys napping, cuddling, and assisting our sales and design team when convenient for her.
Dylan Thomas

Dylan recently moved to Colorado Springs as a graduate from the University of Tennessee. Dylan has grown up around the home building industry and is interning with Alliance to assist on different projects, and to continue to learn about building custom homes. He has a passion for many aspects of homebuilding, and a love for the mountains of Colorado. In is free time, you will find him skiing, hiking, biking, or enjoying any activity in the great outdoors.
