Steve has been in the Colorado Springs homebuilding business since 1991.

“I love home building. It’s challenging and rewarding on so many levels. It stretches and strengthens my ability and character year in and year out. I work with people from all walks of life, from laborers and helpers to CEO’s and surgeons. I get the opportunity to contribute something, sometimes small, sometimes large, to the day to day lives of all these people. It’s a dream job I never dreamed of.”

Steve’s goal is to make every home a quality project for every person involved and for every client to be an enthusiastic fan of Alliance Builders.

Accounting and Human Resource Manager
Linda has been married to Steve for over thirty years. They have three children and four grandchildren. After working twenty years in the healthcare field, Linda went to work with Steve as his Accounting and Human Resource Manager. The Hoods love living in Colorado and enjoy playing in the beautiful outdoors any time they can get outside.

Warren has been building homes in Colorado Springs for twenty-eight years. He is happy to oversee the entire build process of our custom homes. He maintains the highest level of management and oversight. He is efficient, detail oriented and personable. When he is not tracking project performance and delegating project tasks to get the job done, he is hiking 14ers in the Colorado mountains.

Linsey has over a decade of new home sales, design, and construction experience here in Colorado. With a passion for Architecture and interior design, and as a natural “people person”; new home sales is a natural fit. Linsey genuinely loves helping clients through the entire process and seeing their vision for their home become a reality. Her other loves are her husband and two sons, traveling and enjoying good food with friends and family.

Jennifer’s passion has always been in art, creating and interior design. She has honed her skills over the last two decades while working at top design firms and now at Alliance Builders. Drawing inspiration from her clients, Jennifer tailors personalized designs for each custom home Alliance builds. She loves working with all of our clients and their variety of design styles. Jennifer’s favorite thing is being able to collaborate with the Alliance team and our clients to create their dream home.

Harlan is a talented and award-winning architectural designer who has been designing homes in Colorado since 1987. Harlan loves working with buyers and utilizes his creative freedom to meet our clients’ individual needs and wants. He believes in functional and quality design, infusing personal touches into every aspect of the home. When Harlan is not helping people create their dream home, he is enjoying life with his wife Tina, traveling, and helping foster and find permeant homes for rescued dogs.

Riley has worked in the Luxury Custom Home Building industry in Colorado Springs for over 9 years. Prior to this, Riley worked in the Boulder/Denver area as a high-end remodeler and gained experience in framing, trim carpentry, and managing projects in the field. Due to his background of growing up in the trades, and his experience in the custom home industry here locally, Riley has the technical and communication skills needed to ensure projects are managed efficiently and meet Alliance Builders’ high standard of excellence. Custom home building is Riley’s passion, and he loves helping bring our client’s dreams into reality.

Christine is one of the newest team members Alliance Builders. She joins us with recent experience in the Mortgage Industry and a Colorado Real Estate License. Christine spent many years in the Beauty Industry in Los Angeles and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2015 with her husband who was in the military – they fell in love with all this beautiful area has to offer. Home Design and Building has become a passion and Christine is excited to help clients and the team create the best experience possible.

Jeremy started his construction career working for a custom home builder in Summit County. After a decade with that builder, he and his wife decided to relocate to Colorado Springs in order to be closer to family and raise their 2 daughters. Over the next 16 years Jeremy has maintained several positions within the new home industry and now is an important part of the Alliance team.

Bryan is a Colorado native who has advanced into an all-around trades guy. He is in the field every day to ensure safety and quality of work. He has many years in construction and assists on all of our building projects at Alliance Builders. When he is not out at the job site, you can find Bryan fishing and camping around the state of Colorado.

Jared has a strong foundation in residential construction, built through his education and over 11 years of industry experience. His background spans project management, estimating, site supervision, and warranty work; with a focus on overseeing budgets and custom details. He is a master at  keeping projects on track from start to finish and is an accet to the Alliance team. Outside of work, Jared enjoys music, skiing, the outdoors, gardening with his wife, and time with their dogs.

Ginger is Alliance Builders designated greeting personnel. She enjoys napping, cuddling, and assisting our sales and design team when convenient for her.
